Unorganized never follow though on emails and inquiries and “delivered my package” over 2 weeks after placing my order even though I paid for express 2 day and they never provided tracking information so I was out of the country when it was delivered and I wasn’t able to have someone pick it up therefore it was stolen and they never answered me when I kept emailing and asking for tracking information. I have filed complaints with the SBB.
